Level 2 Hatha Yoga
This is a Hatha yoga intermediate level flow so you're going to strengthen your core, increase flexibility and practice balance. We do breath work, stretching and a biblical heart meditation. Just what we need to renew our body, mind and spirit. Come expecting good things! Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and find your spot. Classes are small to allow your personal space.
