This is a Hatha yoga intermediate level flow. We do breath work, stretching and a biblical heart meditation. Just what we need to renew our body, mind and spirit. Come expecting good things! Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and find your spot. We start promptly and I’ll have you out on time too so you can plan your day!
